Association of Independent Museums (AIM)
In 2015, AIM commissioned Hilary Barnard and Ruth Lesirge (HBRL Consulting) to design and deliver a major programme of leadership development for museum leaders and enablers, funded by the Arts Council, to strengthen the resilience and wellbeing of museums and assure their continuing independence.
Children’s Workforce Network (CWN)
Hilary Barnard provided strategy implementation consultancy support to Children’s Workforce Network (CWN) between 2006 and 2008.
Parkinson's UK
Hilary Barnard provided development and facilitation services to work on leadership development in Parkinson’s UK in 2013 and 2014.
CISV international
Hilary Barnard carried out a two day board facilitation for CISV international, a youth organisation with headquarters in Newcastle, in 2013.
Crohn’s & Colitis UK
HBRL Consulting (Hilary Barnard and Ruth Lesirge) were commissioned by Crohn’s & Colitis UK to undertake a governance review, which took place between March and June 2014.
PAC-AAY merger
Hilary Barnard provided extensive consultancy support for the merger between PAC (formerly Post Adoption Centre) and After Adoption Yorkshire (AAY) – between December 2013 and October 2014.
National Union of Students (NUS)
HBRL Consulting was commissioned by NUS Charitable Services to be their partner in providing design and consultation support in 2012 and 2013 to establish a generic competency framework for University Students’ Unions.
TimeBank
In early 2014, Hilary Barnard was commissioned by TimeBank, the national volunteering charity, to evaluate TimeBank’s innovative volunteer-led 18 month English Language training project, Talking Together, funded by the Department for Communities and Local Government.
RSAS
Hilary Barnard provided research services in 2013 and 2014 to RSAS, to develop a strategic analysis to shape the actions of the Board and the Chief Executive of The Royal Surgical Aid Society (otherwise known as Agecare).
